Frequently asked questions
How does the free trial work?
You create your account by choosing a pack and use all its modules for 14 days, without a credit card. If you subscribe, your trial data is kept.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank card through CMI's secure page (3-D Secure), and bank transfer. An invoice is issued for every subscription period.
Is my card data safe?
Yes. The card is entered exclusively on the payment page hosted by CMI, Morocco's interbank card centre. SOGESTIO never receives nor stores your card data.
Can I change pack?
Anytime from the Subscription page. During the trial the change is immediate; afterwards the new pack applies to the next paid period.
What happens if I don't renew?
You get 7 days of grace, then the account turns read-only: you can still view and export your data, but can't enter new data until you renew.
Can I manage several companies?
Yes, with the Group pack: 3 companies included, extra companies per unit, a switcher to move between them and a consolidated view.
How does the On-premise edition differ?
The cloud edition is hosted and maintained by SOGESTIO. The On-premise edition installs on your server and runs without Internet, with a licence sized to your companies and users.
Is my data isolated from other customers?
Yes. Each company is isolated server-side and every action is checked against the user's role. An audit log traces changes.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, an Android app connected to the same data as the web, in French, Arabic and English.
What appears on the invoices?
Your invoices carry your company's legal identifiers (ICE, IF, RC, patente), VAT broken down by rate and sequential numbering assigned by the server. Check with your accountant the mentions specific to your business.
