The problem: deals tracked in WhatsApp, a notebook and a spreadsheet
In many Moroccan SMEs, sales follow-up lives in the salesperson's head, in WhatsApp chats and in an Excel file that is never up to date. When that person is away or leaves the company, nobody knows which quote is awaiting an answer, which customer asked for a discount or which deal was about to close.
A CRM answers a simple question: where does each deal stand, and what is the next step? Without that view, a managing director cannot estimate upcoming revenue or know which prospects deserve the most attention.
A visual pipeline, from first contact to signature
In SOGESTIO, each opportunity is a card you drag from one column to the next as it progresses, from first contact to signature. At a glance you see how many deals are under discussion, how many are waiting for a proposal and how many are about to be signed.
The pipeline works in the web browser and in the Android app: a field salesperson in Casablanca or Agadir updates deals from a phone, and management sees the situation in real time.
From CRM to quote to invoice, without re-keying
The benefit of a CRM built into the ERP is that each customer is entered once: company name, address and ICE number are then reused on the quote, purchase order, delivery note, invoice and payment. The whole Customer → Quote → Purchase order → Delivery note → Invoice → Payment chain happens on one platform.
Example: an agency proposes a 24,000.00 DH excl. VAT service. With 20% VAT, i.e. 4,800.00 DH, the quote totals 28,800.00 DH incl. VAT. Totals are calculated by the server, numbering is assigned automatically, and the PDF is generated in French, Arabic or English with your logo, ICE, IF, RC and RIB details.
The customer portal: your customer accepts the quote online
Instead of waiting for a company stamp and a scanned signature, you send your customer a private link to their portal. Without creating an account, they view the quote, download the PDF and accept it online. SOGESTIO records their name, the time and the IP address of the acceptance, giving you a clear record of agreement.
The same portal then lets the customer view and download their invoices: fewer calls asking for copies, fewer invoices 'never received'.
- Private link per customer, no account needed
- View and download quotes and invoices as PDF
- Online quote acceptance with name, time and IP recorded
- Documents in French, Arabic or English
Know your customers better to sell better
SOGESTIO reports rank your best customers and products with their gross margin, and calculate average basket and average payment time. A customer who buys a lot but pays at 90 days is not worth the same as a smaller customer who pays cash: a credit limit per customer helps you set boundaries.
Supporting documents such as signed orders or specifications can be attached to the customer record, and price lists let you apply different prices by customer type, for example reseller or end customer.
Who sees what: permissions for the sales team
Every user has a role: owner, administrator, accountant, sales or a custom role. The audit log records who created, edited or deleted a quote, and when. Each company's data stays isolated on the server side.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a CRM and invoicing software?
Invoicing comes once the sale is closed; a CRM tracks the deal before that, from first contact to signature. In SOGESTIO both share the same customer record, so details are not re-entered for the quote and then the invoice.
Does online quote acceptance carry any weight?
SOGESTIO records the name entered by the customer, the time and the IP address of the acceptance, which is a useful record of agreement. For large contracts, ask your lawyer or accountant which form of commitment is appropriate.
Can my sales team use the CRM in the field?
Yes. SOGESTIO has an Android app that shares the same data as the web version. A salesperson can update an opportunity or look up a quote from a phone.
Do my customers need an account to accept a quote?
No. The customer receives a private link to their portal, where they view the quote, download the PDF and accept it online without signing up.
Is the CRM available in Arabic?
Yes. The SOGESTIO interface is available in French, fully right-to-left Arabic and English, and quotes and invoices can be generated in all three languages.
Is the CRM included in the Starter plan?
No. The CRM is included from the Pro plan at 449 DH excl. VAT per month. The Starter plan does include quotes, invoices and the customer portal with online quote acceptance.
