SOGESTIO

Business management software and ERP for Khouribga businesses

SOGESTIO is a Moroccan cloud ERP that brings together recurring invoicing, purchasing, cash management, CGNC accounting, human resources and payroll. In Khouribga it is aimed at service companies working around the mining sites, maintenance, civil engineering, staff transport, security, cleaning and catering, as well as the city's traders and SMEs.

Khouribga: the phosphate city and its service providers

Khouribga is the capital of Morocco's phosphate basin: mining began there in the 1920s and still shapes almost the entire local economy. Around the mines and processing facilities a dense network of SMEs has grown: industrial maintenance, civil engineering, mining and staff transport, security, cleaning, catering and IT services. The city is also known for emigration, particularly to Italy, and for active trade serving the whole province.

These providers have a particular business model: monthly contracts, large workforces, a payroll to pay at the end of every month and customers who pay on due dates. Margin depends on accurate invoicing, cost control per contract and careful cash management.

Monthly service contracts: invoicing without gaps

Recurring invoices automatically generate, every month, the invoices for security, cleaning, transport or maintenance contracts. Variable items, overtime, one-off jobs, are added as extra lines. Each invoice receives a sequential number assigned by the server, and supporting documents, such as attendance sheets or sign-off reports, are attached to the invoice in the Documents module.

The customer views and downloads invoices from the client portal, with no account to create. SOGESTIO also exports your validated invoices in the structured UBL 2.1 format (with ICE, IF and RC), which prepares the move to the e-invoicing announced by the DGI.

  • Recurring invoices for monthly contracts.
  • Price lists per customer and per contract.
  • Supporting documents attached to invoices.
  • Client portal to view and download PDFs.
  • Credit notes to correct an invoice without breaking the numbering.

Profitability: one cost centre per contract

On the Pro and Group plans, each major contract can become a cost centre. Invoices and expenses, fuel, uniforms, cleaning supplies, equipment, subcontracting, are assigned to it, and SOGESTIO computes the result per cost centre. You can see which contract funds the others and which one should be renegotiated.

The monthly budget by line completes the picture: compared with actuals every month, it flags overspending on a site before it repeats all year.

Paying wages monthly, collecting on due dates

Example: a security contract produces a monthly invoice of 96,000 DH excluding VAT, or 115,200 DH including 20% VAT. If the customer pays at 60 days, the company pays two months of wages before receiving the first payment. The 13-week cash forecast makes that gap visible, and days sales outstanding (DSO) per customer shows who is stretching payment times.

Payment terms between businesses are regulated by law 69-21: have your terms checked by your chartered accountant. Bank statements are imported in MT940 or CSV format for reconciliation, and cheques and bills of exchange (LCN) are tracked with their due dates.

Payroll and HR for large workforces

The Payroll module produces payslips with CNSS, AMO, IR and seniority, posts the payroll entry and generates the DAMANCOM preparation file and the preparatory 9421 statement to transfer into SIMPL-IR. The Human Resources module records contracts, CDI, CDD, ANAPEC, internship, temporary work, and alerts you before a contract or trial period ends, which matters when fixed-term contracts follow the length of a client contract.

Leave is counted in working days and validated through the approval workflow, and supervisors' expense claims are approved, then reimbursed. Filings remain validated by the company or its accountant.

An online service, from the office to the site

SOGESTIO has no office in Khouribga: it is an online service available anywhere in Morocco, in Arabic, French or English, and setup is remote, with customers, items and opening balances imported from Excel or CSV. Site managers use the Android app or the web app installed on iPhone, and offline mode lets them enter expenses and payments without signal, synced when the connection returns.

The On-premise edition, installed on the company's server through Docker or a Windows installer, runs without Internet. The 14-day free trial needs no card; the Pro plan, with payroll, human resources, banking and accounting, costs 449 DH/month excluding VAT for up to 10 users.

Frequently asked questions

We invoice the same amount every month to a site: can it be automated?

Yes. A recurring invoice generates the invoice every month with the right amount and numbering. One-off services are added as extra lines before validation.

How do we know whether a security contract is profitable?

Make the contract a cost centre and assign invoices and expenses to it: SOGESTIO computes its result. Comparing the monthly budget with actuals then flags any drift.

Our guards are on fixed-term contracts tied to the client contract: does the software track end dates?

Yes. Each employment contract is recorded with its dates, and SOGESTIO alerts you before a contract or trial period ends.

Our client asks for structured invoices: can SOGESTIO provide them?

SOGESTIO exports your validated invoices in the structured UBL 2.1 format, with ICE, IF and RC, in addition to the PDF. Check with your client which exact format they expect.

Is there a SOGESTIO office in Khouribga?

No. SOGESTIO is an online service with no local branch: sign-up, setup and the subscription, paid by bank transfer, are handled remotely after the 14-day free trial.
