Orders from your Shopify store are imported into SOGESTIO automatically: no more retyping between the store and your back office.
- Orders imported automatically
- Invoicing and stock tracked in SOGESTIO
- The same data for accounting
SOGESTIO connects to your other tools: Shopify and WooCommerce orders arrive automatically, a documented REST API and signed webhooks link your applications, and your Excel and CSV files and MT940 bank statements import without retyping. Validated invoices export in the structured UBL 2.1 format.
Orders from your Shopify store are imported into SOGESTIO automatically: no more retyping between the store and your back office.
Your WooCommerce store sends its orders to SOGESTIO automatically: you invoice and track stock from one tool.
A REST API documented in the OpenAPI format lets your applications read and write in SOGESTIO. Signed webhooks notify your tools as soon as an event happens.
Bring your data over without retyping it all, then export your lists at any time.
Import the statements exported from your bank's online space, then reconcile them with your invoices and payments.
SOGESTIO exports your validated invoices and credit notes in the structured UBL 2.1 format, with ICE, IF and RC.
SOGESTIO imports MT940 and CSV statements from any Moroccan bank. For example, statements exported from the online space of:
Indicative list. SOGESTIO has no direct connection with these banks and is not affiliated with them: you export the statement from your banking space, then import it into SOGESTIO. The format offered (MT940, CSV) depends on your bank and your contract. The names belong to their owners.
Every re-entry is a source of errors: an online order copied by hand, a statement ticked line by line, a customer list typed twice. When your tools are connected to SOGESTIO, the same information travels once, from the sale to the books.
In SOGESTIO an invoice updates stock, the customer and cash, and the journal entry is generated automatically on the Moroccan chart of accounts (CGNC). Integrations feed that chain instead of duplicating it.
Moroccan banks do not offer an open API: no software can read your account live without going through them. SOGESTIO therefore starts from the statement you download from your banking space, in MT940 or CSV format.
Once imported, transactions are matched with customer invoices, supplier invoices and expenses. Cheques and bills (LCN) keep their number, bank, due date and status, and the 13-week cash forecast stays up to date.
Changing software does not mean starting from scratch. Export your lists from your previous tool or from Excel, then import your customers, items, opening stock, opening balances and journal entries into SOGESTIO.
Your data stays yours: your lists export at any time to Excel or CSV, for your accountant or for your own spreadsheets.
The SOGESTIO REST API is described in the OpenAPI format. Each API key is read-only or read-write, and every company stays isolated on the server side: an integration only sees the data of the company its key was created for.
Signed webhooks send SOGESTIO events to your applications, which can check that they really come from SOGESTIO before processing them.
SOGESTIO exports your validated invoices in the structured UBL 2.1 format (with ICE, IF and RC), which prepares the move to the e-invoicing announced by the DGI. Validated credit notes export the same way.
The official framework for e-invoicing in Morocco has not been published in detail yet: follow the DGI's announcements and have your obligations confirmed by your accountant.
Already a customer? Your API keys and webhooks are managed in SOGESTIO, under Integrations.
