There is no SOGESTIO app on the App Store for now: on iPhone and iPad you install the web app from Safari. It then opens full screen from its icon, just like a regular app.
On Android, install the web app in one tap from Chrome, or use the SOGESTIO Android app: both reach the same data as your computer.
On a computer, SOGESTIO runs in the browser. Once installed, it opens in its own window and pins to the taskbar or the Dock, without tabs or an address bar.
In a warehouse, on a building site or at a customer's office, the connection is not always there. The installed web app and the Android app keep working offline: you look up your company's data and keep entering transactions.
As soon as the connection is back, everything syncs automatically. Legal invoice numbers are assigned by the server at sync time, never on the phone: your numbering stays continuous, even when several colleagues worked offline.
There is only one SOGESTIO: the office computer, the sales rep's phone and the warehouse tablet all work on the same customers, the same stock and the same invoices. A quote prepared on the phone is on the computer, ready to be turned into an invoice.
Each colleague only sees what their role allows (owner, administrator, accountant, sales or a custom role), on the phone as on the computer.
Two-factor authentication, with an app such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator and backup codes, protects your account: a password alone is no longer enough.
In SOGESTIO you see the list of signed-in devices and can sign out a lost phone remotely. Every company stays isolated on the server side and all traffic goes over HTTPS.
The app follows the language you choose: in Arabic the whole interface switches to right-to-left, not just the text. Quotes and invoices are generated in English, French or Arabic, with your company's ICE, IF and RC numbers.
With the On-premise edition installed on your own server, the data stays on your premises. Mobile access from outside remains possible through a secure relay: your sales reps and site managers look up and enter data from their phones.

From the list of signed-in devices, sign the lost phone out remotely. With two-factor authentication on, a password is not enough to open your account on another device.
At sync time, SOGESTIO detects the concurrent change and lets you choose which version to keep. No invoice ever gets a legal number on the device: numbering stays with the server.
